Can i use a green screen to help out with the camera work?
I will have the videos later once i do everything to show how i will use it. |

go ahead and do some experimenting and see how it comes out
i am not quite sure what we would do with green screening but that is not really my area of expertise  |

for the camera work, i am going into the code of the file and changing it up, it is coming along and i have hit a few road blocks but passed them already.
By doing what i am doing, it will make it easier on the animators trying to work on the king and the consulatant, it will make it run faster too. Once that is done... |

How?
I intend to do all the animating outside the tower file then have it imported once your done with the camera work, that way you don't have to load up 2 extra characters and I don't have to load up a landscape. |

So you are saying that u will add both characters in the first scene will it is being edited or add them before it is rendered?
I can export the inside tower and send it off ur way and you can put the characters in there (just dont mess with the cameras, because both scenes will be perfect on the cameras). Since the inside tower will be seprate from the tower, then it can be rendered by someone else and i could render the outside when i finish. It will be in the editing stage when both of them will come together. You following along? You could send me the horses when they are anima8ed and i will put them in. That is if everyone agrees to this.
Both scenes are in the same file. both scenes will have the same camera movements.
By putting everything together in the same scene, it will slow down the computer a lot and make rendering time longer, because there is to much info to have in the same scene. I have already tried and it took awhile to get the cameras set up. This is also eaiser on me to do the inside camera.
everything in the tower is the same as it was in the original file. What i did was opened the file in word and notepad, found the objects and copied them then pasted them. In other words i was and still am messing with the insides of the file without anim8or. Did I confuse anyone?

I would recommend setting things up so that you can render separate layers.
The problem with having the green there is that it gets combined with the antialiased edges and can cause green halos if it can't be removed properly.
You might to try using the Alpha Channel this creates a mask that combined with the image can make a neater composite. |

Sounds great Deraga, I've been busy lately with school and such, so I haven't had time to animate, send me the "Inside the Tower" scene when you want, so I can animate in Scene mode instead of guessing in the Sequence Editor.
Just wondering who's got the official chairs for the scene (that Desk chair and the red chair)? |

Let me finish the camera work for the inside of the Tower. Are we going to have lightining down? If we do then i need someone to do it so i can make the lights in the inside tower so it will have the same flash. |

I have looked into the green screen again and it is not a good idea like what CobraSpectre said but for different reason, the green screen when replaced with the new layer of the outside makes the railing go away. So when we finish the inside of the tower then i will just move all of the code over to the main scene. Unless someone else has a better idea.
