Do you see the texture in the viewport?

to see texture in viewport make sure that "textures" are "on" in view->preferences.

Dont forget to press "apply" button to apply the selected texture to selected object.

when applying texture to material you should go with "difduse" - diffuse means just normal texture.

Dont forget to us the UV tool to position the texture on your object or object's faces.

If textures are visible in viewport and you did all this correctly, but you still cant see them in render.
Then go to View->preferences and under "file output" make sure that "Textures" is checked.

Other reasons for texture to only not be visible in render is that you put some number in material settings to high or too low. For example if you put diffuse to 0 and ambient to 0 (or very close to 0) texture wont be visible couse object will be too dark for texture to be visible - same goes for being too bright or having emmisive set to 1 and some color other than black.

Try going to render->renderer and switch between different renderers to see if it makes any difference.

Of all the things i said here something has to work Smile

Yeah, you covered everything, and I mean everything, you didn't even give anyone else a chance!

Well, good luck Davdud.
